Den kraftiga prisökningen väcker frågan huruvida kollektivtrafiken i Stockholm i dagsläget är samhällsekonomiskt effektiv eller om den är för dyr? Vad beror den kraftiga prisökningen på, är den rimlig och hur påverkar den användandet av kollektivtrafiken?
