    Sammanfattning : In 1999 a Kimmeridgian age vertebra of a sauropod dinosaur was discovered directly in a layer of clays from Cricqueboeuf in Normandy, France. The vertebra is now located at the Paleospace museum and was part of an inventory in 2015 as well as the subject of this Master thesis. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : The Oseberg hydrocarbon field is located in the northern North Sea sedimentary basin (61-62° N) on the eastern flank of the Viking Graben and is bounded to the east by the Horda Platform and the Øygarden Fault Complex (ØFC).     Sammanfattning : Wrinkle structures, a type of microbially induced sedimentary structures (MISS) were found in Jurassic tidally deposited heterolites of Kulla Gunnarstorp, southern Sweden. Wrinkle structures are characterizeded by minute, commonly elongate crinkles on the upper bedding planes of fine grained arenites. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : A previously unknown fauna of hybodont sharks has been revealed from the Vitabäck Clays at the boundary between the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The material consists of oral teeth, cephalic spines and placoid scales from the five genera Egertonodus, Hybodus, Lissodus, Polyacrodus and Hylaeobatis. LÄS MER
