   Sammanfattning : The Swedish integration policy is based on the premise that integration is a mutual process by which all of societies actors and structures have a shared responsibility in ensuring its implementation. Despite the political ambition to regulate integration under such conditions, contemporary research have noted that the political process of integration target certain societal groups based on their nationality, and questioning whether such categorization acts in accordance with the policy of mutual responsibility.
