    Sammanfattning : Utifrån kritisk diskursanalys som metod och tillvägagångssätt har denna studie analyserat hur de rikstäckande nyhetstidningarna Aftonbladet, Expressen, Svenska Dagbladet och Dagens Nyheter porträtterar och beskriver kvinnan respektive mannen som gärningsperson med genusperspektivet som utgångspunkt. Studien har genomförts genom en jämförande analys av nyhetsartiklar utifrån två kända rättsfall, mordet i Arboga med Johanna Möller och Mohammad Rajabi samt styckmordet i Karlskrona med Anatoliy Pettersson och Leonard Höglind som gärningspersoner.     Sammanfattning : The norm for Swedish women’s occupations changed in the 1960s. This study is based on interviews with women who are now in their sixties. When they started school in the year 1960, Swedish women were expected to be housewives. When they left high school in the year 1969 the norm had changed, and women were expected to have a job.     Sammanfattning : While research on the different expressions of racism in media has been closely linked to the understanding of stereotypes in a plethora of research, little is known about the journalists' perspectives and experiences of racism. However, in 2020, an anti-racist manifesto called “Whose SR?” (Vems SR?” 2021) was published online where the Swedish public radio Sveriges Radio (SR) was criticized by current and former employees for its lack of diverse representation and for having a work-environment where non-white journalists are marginalized.     Sammanfattning : From beatniks to hippies — challenging and revolving subcultural youths in Sweden 1959 to 1969 The purpose of this work has been to explore and analyse the transformation of the youth subcultures beatniks and hippies in a Swedish context between 1959 and 1969, by searching answers to the following questions: What was the background of the subcultures ? How were these subcultures established, transformed and developed in a Swedish context? What became their typical style and taste?, and in what rooms and places were these cultures practiced by Swedish youths?        Mass media, especially TV but also radio, film, books and records brought the world in and were the main reason youths in Sweden could identify themselves through foreign subcultures.
