    Sammanfattning : The subject of the study arose from the researchers' own interest in leadership but also from the researchers own experiences from the difficulty of obtaining the first management position. A catch 22 is discussed where the significance is that it takes experience to obtain a managerial position, but that the experience cannot be obtained without that position. LÄS MER
