How do site managers experience the psychosocial work environment today and what measures can be taken for a better psychosocial work environment? Purpose: The purpose of this work is to investigate how the role as a site manager is experienced today and how to work towards a better psychosocial work environment to promote the mental and physical health of the site managers.
