    Sammanfattning : Eftersom det inte finns några nationella riktlinjer för en specialpedagog i förskolan att utgå ifrån i sitt yrkesutövande så är det intressant att undersöka hur denna otydlighet utifrån befintliga lagar och styrdokument skulle kunna påverka uppfattningar om specialpedagogens yrkesroll i förskolan samt uppfattningar om specialpedagogens förutsättningar för adekvata arbetsområden i förskolan. I denna kvalitativa studie svarade rektorer, specialpedagoger och förskollärare på en E-postenkät, vilken ämnade att ge svar på vilka uppfattningar informanterna hade avseende specialpedagogens yrkesroll och arbetsområden i förskolan.
