  1. 11. Validation of Simultaneous T1 and T2 Mapping Using Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Fingerprinting in Self-Constructed Phantoms : An Analysis of the Reproducibility and Accuracy

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för kemi, bioteknologi och hälsa (CBH)

    Författare :Sasithon Meesan; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Fingerprinting cMRF ; Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging CMR ; Simultaneous T1 and T2 Mapping; Validation; Accuracy; Reproducibility; Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Fingerprinting cMRF ; Kardiovaskulär Magnetresonans CMR ; Simultant T1 och T2 Parametrisk-Karaktärisering; Validering; Noggrannhet; Reproducerbarhet;

    Sammanfattning : Quantitative cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) has gained traction within both the clinical and research field due to high prevalence of cardiovascular diseases. Cardiac magnetic resonance fingerprinting (cMRF) is a novel approach introduced to address the limitation associated with evaluation of multiparametric quantitative CMR. LÄS MER

  2. 12. Swedish Acquisitions With A Long-Term Perspective. Comparing the Performance of Single and Serial Acquirers.

    Magister-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Nationalekonomiska institutionen

    Författare :Fanny Aleksandra Hulmi; Alessia Lovato; [2023]
    Nyckelord :M A; acquisitions; serial acquirers; long-term performance; BHAR.; Business and Economics;

    Sammanfattning : This study examines the long-term post-acquisition performance of acquirers, both serial and single, in Sweden within a time frame spanning from 2000 to 2022. The post-acquisition performance is evaluated using a long-term event study, employing the Buy-and-Hold Abnormal Returns (BHAR) methodology. LÄS MER

  3. 13. The cross-linguistic influence on L2 learners' ability to use morphosyntactic cues predictively. : A psycholinguistic study on German grammatical gender acquisition by Greek native speakers.

    Master-uppsats, Stockholms universitet/Centrum för tvåspråkighetsforskning

    Författare :Mavra Mylona; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Grammatical gender; Prediction; Second Language Acquisition; Gender Assignment; Picture Selection;

    Sammanfattning : German and Greek are both Indo-European languages that realize grammatical gender and indeed they have similar grammatical gender systems, they both realize three genders (masculine, feminine, neuter). They pose some similarities concerning gender agreement as well. However, the lexical gender between these two languages differs a lot. LÄS MER

  4. 14. Cultural Distance’s Effect on Short-Term Acquisition Performance - Evidence from Swedish Acquirers

    Kandidat-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Företagsekonomiska institutionen

    Författare :Alia Rezai; Ludwig Lindau; Vilhelm Thorstenson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Cultural distance; Masculinity; Uncertainty Avoidance; Short-term acquisition performance; Cumulative average abnormal returns; Cross-border acquisitions; Business and Economics;

    Sammanfattning : This quantitative study aims to investigate whether cultural distance has any significant effect on short-term acquisition performance, measured as abnormal returns for Swedish cross-border acquisitions. This study adds to previous literature through filling the gap where there has been a lack of a sample of Swedish acquirers, using a multi-measurement approach, and having a broad sample of acquisitions conducted in Europe between the years 2000-2022. 5. 15. Can iba detect the next compressor failure? : Condition-based monitoring applied to nitrogen compressor – a case study

    Master-uppsats, Högskolan i Gävle/Elektronik

    Författare :Kalle Kurttio; [2023]
    Nyckelord :predictive maintenance; condition-based monitoring; screw compressor; reciprocating compressor; ibaAnalyzer; ibaHD-server;

    Sammanfattning : Production of steel powder is done by atomization of a molten steel stream. Atomization is done by feeding high pressure nitrogen gas through nozzles, creating jets of gas which scatter the molten steel stream into powder. The steel powder falls through the atomization tower whilst it cools and solidifies. LÄS MER
