  1. 1. Enhancement of a Power Line Information System by Combining BIM and LiDAR Data

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Lantmäteri – fastighetsvetenskap och geodesi

    Författare :Daniel Wollberg; [2024]
    Nyckelord :GIS; BIM; FME; CloudCompare; GIS; BIM; FME; CloudCompare;

    Sammanfattning : With the great ongoing energy transition in Sweden, Svenska Kraftnät (SVK) sees a huge need for investment in the Swedish transmission network and supporting IT- systems.  SVK has a great amount of collected laser data over the electric power transmission network however this data does not contain any semantic attribution that can be analyzed on broader information systems. 2. 2. Ventilation for reduced indoor spread of Covid 19 and similar diseases : A literature review focusing on hospital environments

    Master-uppsats, Högskolan i Gävle/Energisystem och byggnadsteknik

    Författare :Cyrus Ourak Pour; [2023]
    Nyckelord :COVID-19; SARS-CoV-2; Ventilation system; Mixing ventilation MV ; Displacement ventilation DV ; Under floor air distribution UFAD ; Ultraviolet light UV ; HEPA filter; COVID-19; SARS-CoV-2; Ventilationssystem; Blandningsventilation; Deplacementventilation; Luftfördelning under golv; Ultraviolett ljus; HEPA-filter;

    Sammanfattning : Today, a significant portion of individuals’ time is spent indoors, estimated at approximately 90% of their total time. This raises concerns about the transmission of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) instigating Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and similar viruses and highlights the critical role of ventilation systems in indoor environments, which this study aims to investigate. 3. 3. Navigating through Frustrations : A User-Centered Approach to Enhancing Airborne Early Warning and Control System Operator Experience

    Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för informatik och media

    Författare :Josef Jönsson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Human-computer interaction; Military; User interface design; Usability; User-centered Design; Airborne Early Warning and Control System; User experience; Research-through-design; Defense industry; High-stakes environments;

    Sammanfattning : This master thesis focuses on enhancing the user interface experience for Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) system operators in a military context. Collaborating with Saab, a defense sector company, the study employs the research through design and a user-centered design approach to investigate user needs and how they interact with the interface. 4. 4. En experimentell simulering av luftdistributionens inverkan på spridningen av luftburna virus och bakterier : Laboratorieförsök med spårgas

    Kandidat-uppsats, Högskolan i Gävle/Energisystem och byggnadsteknik

    Författare :Jasmina Balic; Stella Ericson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Covid-19; CO2; Breathing zone; Displacement ventilation; Mixing ventilation; Thermal doll; Tracer gas measurements; Transfer probability; Andningszon; CO2; Covid-19; Deplacerande ventilation; Omblandande ventilation; Spårgasmätningar; Termisk docka; Överföringssanolikhet;

    Sammanfattning : Detta examensarbete presenterar resultatet från en experimentell studie med syfte att undersöka sambandet mellan ventilation i kontor och smittspridning av luftburna virus och bakterier. Fokuset i studien har framför allt riktats mot coronaviruset och även avgränsats till att enbart studera omblandande-, och deplacerande ventilation under den experimentella delen. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Evaluation of the Weather Resistance of Ram-Air Kites Used in Airborne Wind Energy Systems

    Master-uppsats, Högskolan i Borås/Akademin för textil, teknik och ekonomi

    Författare :Johanna Désirée Ambs; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Weathering Resistance; Coated Textiles; Ram-air Kite; Airborne Wind Energy;

    Sammanfattning : Airborne Wind Energy is an emerging technology that harnesses the power of the wind by using tethered wings. Among the flying devices are ram-air wings made from coated textiles that utilize dynamic pressure to gain their shape. LÄS MER
