  1. 1. Kvantdynamik hos NaI-molekylexciterad av ultrasnabbfemtosekundslaserpuls : Numerisk lösning av den explicit tidsberoendeSchrödingerekvationen

    Kandidat-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för informationsteknologi

    Författare :Anna Johansson; Josefine Hörnell; Liza Marshah; [2023]
    Nyckelord :beräkningsvetenskap; femtosekunds laserpuls; kvantkemi; diatom modell; diabatisk system; Schrödingerekvationen; NaI;

    Sammanfattning : Detta projekt fokuserar på att undersöka dynamiken hos partiklar inom en-partikelsystem samt sammankopplade partiklar i tvåpartikelsystem genom tillämpning av numeriska metoder. Tvåpartikelsystemet som studeras är NaI-molekylen och dess dynamik, där beteendet undersöks efter systemet utsatts för en femtosekundslaserpuls. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Verification of elastomer characteristics in electro-mechanical linear actuator

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för industriell teknik och management (ITM)

    Författare :Rohit Karmungikar; [2022]
    Nyckelord :ANSYS; Aging; Hyperelastic; MATLAB and Mooney-Rivlin; ANSYS; Åldrande; Hyperelastic; MATLAB och Mooney-Rivlin;

    Sammanfattning : Cascade Drives develops electromechanical actuators using a rack and pinion configuration to achieve a combination of high load and high-speed operation. A patented load distribution mechanism enables the use of multiple pinions on a single rack, resulting in a compact unit with high positional accuracy capable of absorbing shock loads. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Removal of Noise from Speech - A case study of a construction machine

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Teknisk akustik

    Författare :Tomoya Otsuka; [2022]
    Nyckelord :signal processing; thesis; beamforming; noise; speech; construction machine; filter; real-time; microphone; measurements; signalbehandling; avhandling; beamforming; buller; tal; byggmaskin; filter; realtid; mikrofon; mätningar;

    Sammanfattning : This report proposes a solution to allow speech to enter a construction machine cabin while removing noise sources. Examples of noises sources include, engine noise, traffic or other construction activities. Survey of the possible methods to remove noise from speech was conducted, however, beamforming was the technique chosen. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Development of Test Rig and Experimental Evaluation of Hydrostatic Bearings for an Axial Flux Machine

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Maskinkonstruktion (Inst.)

    Författare :Amir Avdic; Kishore-Babu Vejendla; [2022]
    Nyckelord :viscous losses; hydrostatic bearing; hydrodynamics; thin oil film.; Viskösa förluster; generator; hydrostatiska lager; hydrodynamik; tunn oljefilm.;

    Sammanfattning : A novel electric machine design, similar to an axial flux machine, incorporates hydrostatic bearings to increase efficiency and stability of said machine. In this thesis, the feasibility of a hydrostatic solution is explored and evaluated by development, manufacturing, and assembly of a test rig, as well as running experimental tests with it. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : The discovery of metamaterials has led to major advances in different fields of physics including optics, microwave engineering and acoustics. Specific to theoretical electromagnetism, the introduction of metamaterials have led to the development of negative-index materials (NIMs) with simultaneous negative permittivity and negative permeability with backward-wave propagation.
