    Sammanfattning : To identify key issues concerning the use of Swedish Radio’s podcasts as a vehicle for social marketing to promote integration, a thematic analysis was conducted on podcasts published by the Kurdish department of Swedish Radio (SR) during one week. From a total of 37 published podcasts which were analyzed during the chosen time frame, three central themes were identified: (a) crime and criminality, (b) incidents and events related to different municipalities and at state level in Sweden at the time, and (c) issues related to refugees and immigration in Sweden.     Sammanfattning : My graduate essay deals with the Swedish provision of extended confiscation in article 1 b, chapter 36 of the Swedish penal code. In the event that an offender commits one of the stipulated crimes in article 1 b chapter 36, the state may with a lower burden of proof then beyond reasonable doubt, confiscate profits from criminal activities, which do not stem from the perpetratory crime itself.     Sammanfattning : Article 1F in the Refugee Convention constitutes one of the so called exclusions clauses from the possibility to be recognized as a refugee and hence obtain international protection. The Article excludes asylum seekers who are suspected for serious crimes, such as war crimes and crimes against humanity, if there are serious reasons for considering that the person has committed the alleged crime.
