Vi föreslår att variablerna VD:s förmåga till enhetligt agerande i komplexa firmor, VD:s kontroll över information i komplexa firmor, och VD:s utbyteskostnad i komplexa firmor påverkar värdeapproprieringen positivt medan variabeln VD:s utträdeskostnad i komplexa firmor påverkar VD:s värdeappropriering negativt i komplexa firmor.
