  1. 1. Investigating and Analyzing Jitter In Controller Area Network

    Kandidat-uppsats, Mälardalens universitet/Akademin för innovation, design och teknik

    Författare :Sandra Eriksen; Sissi Wilander; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Response Time Analysis; worst-case response-time; best-case response-time; jitter; Controller Area Network; CAN Bus; Real-time systems;

    Sammanfattning : Too large amount of jitter in a Controller Area Network in a vehcle can be very problematic since these systems are real-time embedded systems and therefore are time critical. It is a very important issue to investigate since message delays can be very catastrophic. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Enhance Inter-service Communication in Supersonic K-Native REST-based Java Microservice Architectures

    Kandidat-uppsats, Högskolan Kristianstad/Fakulteten för naturvetenskap

    Författare :Vincenzo Buono; Petar Petrovic; [2021]
    Nyckelord :Enhance Interservice Communication; Protocol Buffers; Data Interchange Formats; Quarkus; Kubernetes;

    Sammanfattning : The accelerating progress in network speeds and computing power permitted the architectural design paradigm to shift from monolithic applications to microservices. The industry moved from single-core and multi-threads, code-heavy applications, running on giant machines 24/7 to smaller machines, multi-cores single threads where computing power and memory consumption are managed very critically. 3. 3. Robust control of hand prosthesis using electromyography, accelerometers and gyros

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Avdelningen för Biomedicinsk teknik

    Författare :Viktor Löfving; [2017]
    Nyckelord :Prosthesis control; EMG; surface electrodes; Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : The goals of this project are to investigate the viability of using the MyoTM armband developed by Thalmic labs as a tool for myoelectric control of a hand prosthesis as well as investigate whether the armbands ability to record its spatial position and orientation can be used to increase the performance of the prosthesis control program. Using the surface electrodes, gyroscopes and accelerometers of the MyoTM armband, a control system for myoelectric control of a hand prosthesis was created and tested on nine different users. LÄS MER
