  1. 1. Fastighetsbranschens framtida utveckling med IoT och plattformar

    Kandidat-uppsats, Malmö universitet/Fakulteten för teknik och samhälle (TS)

    Författare :Filip Suwanphingkha; Jari Lompolo; [2019]
    Nyckelord :Internet of Thing; Cloud Computing; Platforms; Interoperability; Smart Buildings;

    Sammanfattning : Digitalisering och dess möjligheter blir en viktigare del inom fastighetsbranschen. Antalet uppkopplade enheter skapar nya affärsmodeller och analyser för resurseffektivitet och hållbar utveckling men står inför stora utmaningar som säkerhet och interoperabilitet. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Modeling the effect of roads and topoclimate on plant invasions in mountains : the case of Trifolium repens

    Master-uppsats, SLU/Dept. of Ecology

    Författare :Nina Roth; [2016]
    Nyckelord :non-native plants; alpine; roadsides; SDM; downscaling climate; management;

    Sammanfattning : Non-native species are a main cause for the global loss of biodiversity and ecosystem services. Mountain regions have been relatively spared from plant invasions up to now, mostly due to climatic restrictions and low human influence, with roads being the main pathways. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Modeling Land-Cover using Bio-Climate Variables

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Matematisk statistik

    Författare :Daniel Kwaku Asiamah-Yeboah; Edward Kofi Nyarko; [2013]
    Nyckelord :Mathematics and Statistics;

    Sammanfattning : MODELING LAND-COVER USING BIO-CLIMATE VARIABLES Vegetation (land-cover) is an inherent part of the climate system (M.-J. Gaillard et al. 2010). LÄS MER

  4. 4. The effects of happiness on productivity: Panel evidence from the United Kingdom

    Magister-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Nationalekonomiska institutionen

    Författare :Kirk Geale; [2011]
    Nyckelord :productivity; happiness; bioclimate; psychological well-being; compensation; Business and Economics;

    Sammanfattning : This paper examines the causal effects of happiness on productivity, using cross sectional time series (panel) data from the UK, spanning the years 1996 to 2008. Innovations in this paper include the use of total compensation instead of wage rates as a proxy for productivity, the use of overall happiness instead of operationalized measures of happiness, and the use of GIS-derived bioclimate variables to instrument for happiness.
