    Sammanfattning : This study examines whether the Kimberley process has succeeded to halt the spread of conflict diamonds to promote civil conflicts as well as if the Kimberley process has succeded to prevent human rights violations related to the diamond industry. The purpose of this study is to clarify whether the Kimberley process needs to be improved and whether the Kimberley process may precede as a model to inhibit conflict funding from other natural resources.
