    Sammanfattning : I uppsatsen görs en detaljerad analys av interjektionen "eh" i talad italienska. Interjektionen beskrivs både utifrån dess diskursiva och expressiva funktioner, samt utifrån prosodiska egenskaper, med syftet att påvisa eventuella prosodier för uttrycket av expressiva funktioner, samt förekomsten av eventuella skillnader mellan den prosodi som används för att uttrycka den diskursiva respektive den expressiva funktionen.
