    Sammanfattning : In the light of the rapid development of AI technology, this paper aims to explore how the integration of the novel application of an AI chatbot would reconfigure the practice of grocery shopping in brickand- mortar stores contributing to the trend of self-service. Based on a hypothetical scenario discussed in focus groups and drawing on practice theory, the study points out that, by adding this new element, the links between the elements of the practice would change, inducing a change in meaning from purely functional to more inspirational.     Sammanfattning : This study is rooted in the Service Dominant Logic (SDL) theory and explores the phenomenon of value co-destruction, the context being chatbot-mediated customer service, with a focusing on chatbots affiliation with value-co-destruction and on the impacts outsideof the dyadic relationship between the service provider and receiver, described as the broader consumer ecosystem. It is evident that the relationship between businesses and consumers is being revolutionized through the implementation of chatbots, claiming benefits such as improved operational efficiency, and non-time specific service.     Sammanfattning : The recent release of AI tools for public use allows for the development of novel teaching approaches for goals that often present challenges in the classroom, such as the need for personalized learning materials. The current study enlists a four-week ChatGPT-based personalized learning intervention in tandem with a teacher questionnaire and interviews in two upper-secondary schools in Southern Sweden to investigate English teacher perceptions of the benefits and challenges of using AI for personalized language learning.
