   Sammanfattning : Computer simulation and modelling was used to simulate a real time environment in preparative chromatography to evaluate the performance of three different strategies for pooling control for different levels of robustness. The pooling problem was based around a separation case where three different insulin species were to be separated while disturbances to the modulators potassium chloride, ethanol and sample load could be imposed on the system.
