   Sammanfattning : The aim of the study is to investigate the rights of asylum seeking children in Denmark and Sweden, whether children rights actors in respective country consider these rights as being followed and whether these rights can be seen as comparable to the rights stated in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). The overarching question is which tensions between the CRC and the national legislation regarding asylum seeking children might exist and how the discourse regarding these rights vary between Denmark and Sweden.
