Via observationer och intervjuer identifierades de huvudsakliga problemen, varefter fokus lades på att finna lösningar till problematiken med stora mängder rök vid matlagning, att inomhustemperaturen blir väldigt hög, att det inte finns möjlighet att kylförvara mat samt att det råder stor brist på ordentliga toaletter.
