    Sammanfattning : Swedish municipalities have the responsibility for spatial planning in Sweden and therefore also play an important part in the climate change efforts at the local level. Municipalities can, through strategic planning of areas such as housing, traffic infrastructure and energy supply, contribute to reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. LÄS MER
