   Sammanfattning : Denna studie ämnar undersöka om det finns tecken på en prisbubbla genom att studera om det existerar ett långsiktigt samband mellan bostadsrättspriser och fundamentala utbuds- och efterfrågefaktorer i Stockholms, Göteborgs och Karlstads kommuner under tidsperioden 2000–2021. Mellan åren 1996 och 2021 ökade de svenska bostadsrättspriserna med 800% vilket är betydligt mer i jämförelse med den ekonomiska levnadsstandarden som under 2000-talet endast ökade med 60%. LÄS MER
