En mindre intensiv jordbearbetning har också en rad andra posi-tiva effekter, framförallt för markstrukturen och att växtnäringsläckaget minskar, men en vanlig konsekvens av reducerad jordbearbetning är att ogräsförekomsten ökar, vilket gör växtodlingen beroende av herbicider.
