In this work, by means of a parametric study, those hanger configurations that most efficiently increase both the natural frequencies and buckling factors are identified, simultaneously evaluating the dynamic and static performance of timber arch footbridges. The analysis is done with the program Inventor Nastran and consist of a linear stress and buckling analysis.
