    Sammanfattning : Through a comparative case study of Trisha Browns choreographies Floor of the Forest (1970) and Accumulation (1971), presented in a visual arts context in the 1970's and in the 2000's, this paper traces how performative aspects of Browns work has changed over time.  Floor of the Forest and Accumulation are analyzed through Erika Fischer-Lichte's theory of performativity in performance and the performing arts.
