  1. 1. Multi-Parameter Modelling of Surface Electromyography Data

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Avdelningen för Biomedicinsk teknik

    Författare :Ahmad Alosta; Josef Djärf; [2024]
    Nyckelord :Surface electromyography; modelling; Python; sEMG; decomposition; neuroengineering; motor unit; muscle; simulation; Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : Ytelektromyografi (sEMG) mäter skelettmuskelfunktionen genom att registrera muskelaktivitet från hudens yta. Tekniken kan användas för att diagnostisera neuromuskulära sjukdomar och som ett hjälpmedel vid rehabilitering, biomedicinsk forskning och för interaktion mellan människa och dator. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Impact of nitrogen availability and nitrogen structural composition on fungal enzymatic activity and growth : how nutrient availability governs response and development of three saprotrophic Basidiomycetes

    Master-uppsats, SLU/Dept. of Soil and Environment

    Författare :Bella Strid; [2024]
    Nyckelord :nitrogen; tannins; condensed tannins; MnP; manganese peroxidase; peptidase; saprotrophic basidiomycetes;

    Sammanfattning : Fungi excrete a wide variety of extracellular enzymes to scavenge for nutrients, such as the often scarce yet essential nutrient nitrogen. All fungi produce highly specialized hydrolytic enzymes, e.g. peptidases, that depolymerize organic molecules. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Mängden död ved i värdekärnor i Söderåsens nationalpark

    Master-uppsats, SLU/Southern Swedish Forest Research Centre

    Författare :Gustav Thurell; [2024]
    Nyckelord :volym död ved; stående död ved; liggande död ved; bokskog; nedbrytningsgrad; värdekärna;

    Sammanfattning : There is a lack of knowledge about the development of the dead wood in former production beech (Fagus sylvatica) forests that have been protected. The present study has been carried out in Söderåsen National Park to compare the distribution of dead wood in relatively unaffected beech forests that have been protected for a long time (A-value cores) and older, previously managed beech forest that has only been protected for 20-30 years (B-value cores). 4. 4. Vedlevande skalbaggar 10–20 år efter brand i tallskog : en jämförelse mellan hällmark och produktiv mark

    Kandidat-uppsats, SLU/Dept. of Wildlife, Fish and Environmental Studies

    Författare :KajsaLisa Olsson; [2024]
    Nyckelord :Tallimpediment; biologisk mångfald; vedlevande skalbaggar; naturvårdsbränning; Pinus sylvestris;

    Sammanfattning : The Swedish boreal forests have changed drastically in the last century. Intensive forestry with clear-cuttings and fire-prevention, cause a lack in dead wood diversity and volume. The current research on forests mainly focuses on productive forests and there is a knowledge gap regarding the importance of low-productive forest for biodiversity. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Probabilistic Exact Inversion of 2-qubit Bipartite Unitary Operations using Local Operations and Classical Communication

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Fysik

    Författare :Ludvig Lindström; [2024]
    Nyckelord :Resource Theory; Resource theory of entanglement; Quantum Information Theory; Quantum Computing; Distributed Quantum Computing; Higher-order quantum transformation; Quantum Algorithms; Quantum Physics; Resursteori; Resursteori för Kvantsammanflätning; Kvantinformationsteori; Kvantdatorer; Distribuerade kvantdatorer; Högre ordningens kvanttransformationer; Kvantalgoritmer; Kvantfysik;

    Sammanfattning : A distributed quantum computer holds the potential to emulate a larger quantumcomputer by being partitioned it into smaller modules where local operations (LO)can be applied, and classical communication (CC) can be utilized between thesemodules. Finding algorithms under LOCC restrictions is crucial for leveraging thecapabilities of distributed quantum computing, This thesis explores probabilisticexact LOCC supermaps, that maps 2-qubit bipartite unitary operations to its inver-sion and complex conjugation.
