Via min roll som miljö-/hälsoskyddsinspektör på livsmedelsenheten i Norrköpings kommun initierade jag därför den här studien med syfte att få en övergripande bild av hur väl livsmedelsverksamheter i Norrköping uppfyller lagstiftningens krav när det gäller material och produkter avsedda att komma i kontakt med livsmedel.
