  1. 1. Exploring potential E-fuel production pathways for maritime and aviation sectors in France : a techno-economic and environmental assessment

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för industriell teknik och management (ITM)

    Författare :Mathieu Minaud; [2024]
    Nyckelord :;

    Sammanfattning : The aviation and maritime industries pose significant challenges for decarbonization, having increased activity in the past decade. One promising solution to limit emissions in these sectors is Electrofuels (E-fuel), derived from water electrolysis hydrogen and captured CO2 or nitrogen. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Fräsningens inverkan på en effektiv återvinning

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Lunds universitet/Trafik och väg

    Författare :Viktor Larsson; [2024]
    Nyckelord :Miljö; återvinning; asfalt; fräsning; siktning; krossning; koldioxidekvivalenter; Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : Världen behöver ställa om till en cirkulär ekonomi och asfalt är en produkt som är 100 procent återvinningsbar. Hanteringen börjar redan när beläggningen skall fräsas eller rivas. Genom att optimera denna process, kan asfalten återvinnas mer effektivt. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Prospects for a Free Electron Laser at the FemtoMAX Beamline

    Kandidat-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Synkrotronljusfysik; Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionen

    Författare :Johan Holmberg; [2024]
    Nyckelord :Free Electron Lasers; FEL; synchrotron radiation; MAX IV; FemtoMAX; GENESIS 1.3; XFEL; X-rays; soft X-rays; Physics and Astronomy;

    Sammanfattning : A Free Electron Laser (FEL), is a device that generates extremely coherent and brilliant radiation using electrons accelerated to relativistic velocities in a particle accelerator. The process utilises similar equipment to what is used at a synchrotron source like MAX IV, but in addition there is an interaction between the relativistic electron beam and the generated radiation to achieve an exponential growth in radiation intensity. 4. 4. Quantification of Pharmaceuticals at the sub-cellular level using the NanoSIMS

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Uppsala universitet/Analytisk kemi

    Författare :Maryam Dost; [2024]
    Nyckelord :Mass spectroscopy imaging; AstraZeneca; Nanosims; Therapeutics; pharmacokinetics; pharmacodynamics; Quantitative Visualization; calibration curve; RSF; pharmacology; Data Analysis; Chemistry; Quantification; isotopes; Pharmaceuticals; subcellular; drug; drug target; nucleotide; biodistribution; Bioanalytical electrochemistry; spectroscopy; mass spectrometry; analytical separations; Analytical Chemistry; ROI; Bioanalytical Chemistry; Masspektroskopi avbildning; AstraZeneca; Nanosims; Terapeutik; farmakokinetik; farmakodynamik; Kvantitativ visualisering; kalibreringskurva; RSF; farmakologi; Dataanalys; Kemi; Kvantifiering; isotoper; Läkemedel; subcellulär; läkemedel; läkemedelsmål; bioskopisk elektrofördelning; nukleotid; bioskopisk bioskopisk distribution; masspektrometri; analytiska separationer; analytisk kemi; bioanalytisk kemi;

    Sammanfattning : Mass spectroscopy imaging (MSI) has become a vital tool in modern research due to its ability to visualize the spatial distribution of molecules within tissue samples. The collaboration between researchers at AZ, the University of Gothenburg, and Chalmers University of Technology using the NanoSIMS instrument and MSI-SIMS technology has opened up new avenues of exploration in pharmaceutical development, particularly in examining drugs and metabolites at sub-cellular levels. 5. 5. Modelling the Water Table in a Bog

    Kandidat-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionen; Lunds universitet/Institutionen för naturgeografi och ekosystemvetenskap

    Författare :Tobias Bowley; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Physics and Astronomy;

    Sammanfattning : Over the past five years, an ongoing study at INES, Lund University, have examined the encroachment of trees and vegetation into a bog ecosystem in northern Scania, Sweden. While several factors have been identified as contributing to this ecological transformation, including, nutrient availability, and climate, the hydrological aspect remains a key area of investigation.
