    Sammanfattning : Syftet med uppsatsen har varit att bidra till kunskap om hur synen på narkotikamissbruk uttrycks i svenska offentliga policydokument och hur den eventuellt har förändrats över tid. Två regeringspropositioner har studerats, vilka båda behandlar den svenska narkotikapolitiken, en från 1984 och en från 2005, och följande frågeställningar ställs; (1) Hur beskrivs och återges synen på narkotikamissbruk och narkotikamissbrukare i respektive policydokument? (2) Hur skiljer sig synen på narkotikamissbruk respektive narkotikamissbrukare mellan de två tidsperioderna? Uppsatsens teoretiska utgångspunkt har dels byggt på Michel Foucaults teori om diskurs, och dels på Santesson-Wilsons symbolpolitiska teori. LÄS MER
