    Sammanfattning : Syfte och frågeställningar:  Studien syftar till att undersöka elevers upplevelse av tillgängligheten utav idrottsmiljöfaktorer som främjar talangutveckling på Nationellt godkänd idrottsutbildning (NIU) i Stockholms län. De frågeställningar som studien besvarar är:  Vilka idrottsmiljöfaktorer, som främjar talangutveckling, skattar NIU-eleverna högst och lägst? Finns det en skillnad i upplevelsen av idrottsmiljöfaktorer mellan lag- och individuella idrottare på NIU-gymnasium?  Metod:  Studien använder en kvantitativ ansats och datainsamlingsmetoden skedde med hjälp av en enkät.
