    Sammanfattning : Bakgrund: Denna text diskuterar universitetsstudenters stillasittande och dess koppling till ökad skärmtid. Studier visar att 8 timmars dagligt stillasittande, speciellt med bärbara datorer, ökar risken för muskuloskeletala och kardiovaskulära problem.     Sammanfattning : The purpose of this project was to track the posture of a person sitting by a desk, and then use the information to adjust the desk to achieve an optimal height for the user.
