  1. 16. Entreprenörers lärande : Förutsättningar för entreprenörers informella lärande i inkubatorer

    Kandidat-uppsats, Umeå universitet/Pedagogiska institutionen

    Författare :Julie Garnier; [2021]
    Nyckelord :Entrepreneurs’ learning; experiential learning; incubator; informal learning; reflection; entreprenörers lärande; erfarenhetsbaserat lärande; informellt lärande; inkubator; reflektion;

    Sammanfattning : Studiens syfte är att undersöka vilka förutsättningar som finns för entreprenörers informella lärande iinkubatorer och att öka förståelsen för hur informella lärandet där kan främjas. Undersökningen har en kvalitativ ansats och datainsamlingen genomfördes med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer. LÄS MER

  2. 17. Tacit Knowledge Transfer Between Organizational Units: Investigating How Different Knowledge-Heavy Industries Overcome Knowledge Tacitness

    Magister-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Företagsekonomiska institutionen

    Författare :Karola Kremer; Pauline Steudten; [2021]
    Nyckelord :absorptive capacity; cross-organizational communication; knowledge-heavy industries; knowledge management; networks; platforms; tacit knowledge transfer; Business and Economics;

    Sammanfattning : Organizational strategists are working on their company’s ability to absorb and transfer knowledge between organizational units, their so-called absorptive capacity, to better react to environmental changes and, hence, strengthen their sustainable competitive advantage. In particular, the sharing of tacit know-how is considered to be difficult because it is contextual and experience-based, and, therefore, tends to ‘stick’ to the individual owning it. LÄS MER

  3. 18. Creative spaces in Dublin public libraries through the lens of the four-spaces model.

    Master-uppsats, Högskolan i Borås/Akademin för bibliotek, information, pedagogik och IT

    Författare :Karl Diamond; [2020]

  4. 19. The Generalist Trap - A Theoretical Exploration of Specialisation in Labour Markets

  5. 20. Dynamic prediction of repair costs in heavy-duty trucks

    Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Statistik och maskininlärning

    Författare :Lakshidaa Saigiridharan; [2020]
    Nyckelord :Hurdle Gamma model; Hierarchical hurdle Gamma model; Generalized linear model GLM ; Supervised Machine Learning; feature selection; Akaike Information Criterion AIC ; prediction of repair costs; heavy-duty trucks; truck variants; operational features;

    Sammanfattning : Pricing of repair and maintenance (R&M) contracts is one among the most important processes carried out at Scania. Predictions of repair costs at Scania are carried out using experience-based prediction methods which do not involve statistical methods for the computation of average repair costs for contracts terminated in the recent past.
