1. Träningsmodell för operation av Esofagusatresi
Kandidat-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Avdelningen för Biomedicinsk teknikSammanfattning : It is estimated that in Sweden, each year, 25 infants are born with the defect known as Esophageal Atresia. As a result the affected has trouble breathing and ingesting food, necessitating surgery within the first few days. Today most surgeries are done through open surgery leaving the infant more vulnerable. LÄS MER
2. Reprocessing and Characterization of Polybenzimidazole for High-Temperature Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Centrum för analys och syntesSammanfattning : A reprocessing method of poly(2,2’-(m-phenylene)-5,5’-bibenzimidazole) (PBI) membranes recovered from the production line of High-Temperature Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells (HT-PEMFC) at Blue World Technologies (BWT) has been developed in order to reduce material loss in the production. Redissolution of scrap PBI membranes in poly(phosphoric acid) (PPA) and phosphoric acid (PA) was successful and the subsequent washing procedure produced PBI that could be redissolved in N,N-dimethyl acetamide (DMAc) and suitable for solution casting of new membranes. 3. Biokonvertering av Brödavfall till Svampfilmer för Textila Applikationer
Master-uppsats, Högskolan i Borås/Akademin för textil, teknik och ekonomiSammanfattning : Bread waste represents a significant portion of global food waste, necessitating innovative approaches for its valorization. This research project explores the utilization of bread waste through fermentation with Aspergillus oryzae to produce fungal film which could be used for textile applications. LÄS MER
4. Organic Electrochemical Transistors for the Detection of Xanthine
Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)Sammanfattning : Food waste is gradually becoming a serious global issue in recent decades. It is reported that more than 1.3 billion tonnes of food consisting of around 50 % meat products are wasted every year on a global scale, while there are more than 800 million of the global population who are starving at the same time. 5. 3D printed food and customized siliconemolds : Investigating aesthetic appearance and food preparingmethods for a dysphagia diet
Magister-uppsats, Högskolan i Halmstad/Akademin för ekonomi, teknik och naturvetenskapSammanfattning : Dysphagia is a serious eating disorder currently affecting around 100 thousand people in Sweden and it’s estimated that 1 in 10 people will develop some form of dysphagia during their lifetime around the world. The condition occurs mainly in elders and people who’ve suffered a stroke. LÄS MER
