   Sammanfattning : The judgment of the Swedish Labour Court AD 2017 no 32 concerned a Christian midwife who wanted employment at three women’s clinics on the condition that she could not participate in abortion activities. The debate commenced when two separate midwifes decided to take legal action against their respective employers, who had denied them employment as midwives because of their refusal to engage in care involving abortion.
