   Sammanfattning : The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to examine if one can find a change within the genre job advertisements for communicators, and in extension, the profession as a whole, during the time period 1997-2017. By studying the schematic structures of job advertisements as a genre text at large, and specifically the rhetoric strategies used when presenting requirements, I will be attempting to answer these questions through a genre analysis.
