   Sammanfattning : Bakgrund: I hemsjukvården utför sjuksköterskor hälso- och sjukvårdsinsatser i patienters hemmiljö vilket ställer krav på sjuksköterskors kunskap att kunna kommunicera vid komplexa situationer. Studier visar att sjuksköterskor på grund av hög arbetsbelastning och brist på tid inte hinner kommunicera fullt ut med patienter i hemsjukvården och att det saknas rutiner för en personcentrerad kommunikation i hemmiljön.
