  1. 1. Privacy-preserving Authentication in Participatory Sensing Systems : An attribute based authentication solution with sensor requirement enforcement.

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Jose Luis Martin Navarro; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Anonymous authentication; privacy; ABS; participatory-sensing-systems; applied-cryptography; mobile-crowdsensing; Anonym autentisering; integritet; ABS; deltagande-avkänningssystem; tillämpad kryptografi; mobil-crowdsensing;

    Sammanfattning : Participatory Sensing Systems (PSS) are a type of Mobile Crowdsensing System where users voluntarily participate in contributing information. Task initiators create tasks, targeting specific data that needs to be gathered by the users’ device sensors. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Differentially Private Random Forests for Network Intrusion Detection in a Federated Learning Setting

    Kandidat-uppsats, Mittuniversitetet/Institutionen för data- och elektroteknik (2023-)

    Författare :Alexander Frid; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Machine Learning; Random Forest; Federated Learning; Differential Privacy; Maskininlärning; Random Forest; Federated Learning; Differential Privacy;

    Sammanfattning : För varje dag som går möter stora industrier en ökad mängd intrång i sina IT-system. De flesta befintliga verktyg som använder sig utav maskininlärning är starkt beroende av stora mängder data, vilket innebär risker under dataöverföringen. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Betydelsen av informella processer i köpare-leverantörsrelationer vid offentlig upphandling av IT-säkerhetsprodukter

    Kandidat-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Industriell teknik

    Författare :Matilda Strömberg; Alexander Gustafsson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Offentlig upphandling; IT-säkerhet; informationssäkerhet; säkerhetsskyddslagen; informella processer; köpare-säljarerelationer; inköp; produktkomplexitet; objektivitet;

    Sammanfattning : Contracts are the most common method of service delivery. The knowledge about how to effectively implement deliveries through contracts is limited. Therefore, the work examines the role of informal processes within buyer-supplier relationships in public procurement of IT security products in Sweden to better understand this issue. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Privacy preserving data access mechanism for health data

    M1-uppsats, KTH/Hälsoinformatik och logistik

    Författare :Najiib Abdi Dahir; Ikran Dahir Ali; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Secure data sharing; synthetic data; privacy preservation; healthcare; machine learning.; Säker datadelning; syntetiska data; integritetsbevarande; hälso- och sjukvård; maskininlärning;

    Sammanfattning : Due to the rise of digitalization and the growing amount of data, ensuring the integrity and security of patient data has become increasingly vital within the healthcare industry, which has traditionally managed substantial quantities of sensitive patient and personal information. This bachelor's thesis focused on designing and implementing a secure data sharing infrastructure to protect the integrity and confidentiality of patient data. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Smart Scooter : Solving e-scooter safety problems with multi-modal, privacy-preserving sensor technology and machine learning

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Beatrice Lovely; [2022]

    Sammanfattning : Micromobility ride-share scooters (e-scooters) have become a popular mode of transport in several major cities around the world, yet several safety and accessibility issues stem from how these scooters are operated, including sidewalk riding, unsafe parking and wrong-way riding. This thesis tackles these issues through a novel, privacy-preserving, end-to-end sensor system that employs lightweight machine learning models to provide real-time feedback to users to present unsafe scooter operation.
