Med fokus på svenskar som arbetar i olika länder utgår studien från dessa två forskningsfrågor: Hur beskriver svenskar sina erfarenheter av att etablera sig på en arbetsplats utomlands? Vilka möjligheter och utmaningar identifierar svenskar i dessa sociala lärande- och anpassningsprocesser? Studien besvarar dessa frågor genom en kvalitativ ansats med semistrukturerade intervjuer för att utforska individuella erfarenheter av kulturell och professionell anpassning. LÄS MER

Based on this dilemma and focusing on the factor of impact, an actor with the power of creating a larger impact than a single individual was firstly identified.
