    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this essay is to study the law on legal gender and two kinds of identity documents – driving licenses and passports – and to analyse this law using queer theory. My theoretical framework revolves around the heterosexual matrix, performativity, and power, and with them I describe how the legal gender’s presence can affect transgender people, persons with intersex variations, and other persons with gender non-conforming expressions.     Sammanfattning : This essay uses discourse analysis to consider the gender and transinclusive readings of biblical passages from Genesis, Deuteronomy and Isaiah that have emerged from contemporary queer theology. The essay presents how queer theology, using classical methods, implies that the purpose of the selected passages is not to exclude transgendered and queer people from theology and church congregations.     Sammanfattning : Genom att anlägga ett teoretiskt perspektiv av Judith Butler där kategorier som ”kön” och ”genus” betraktas som oseparerbara, och där en heterosexuell matris dikterar de villkor inom vilka kön, kroppar och begär (sexuella) befästs och uppfattas som naturliga och fixerade, har jag undersökt attityder till intersex hos personer som arbetar med barn och ungdomar inom samhällsinstitutioner i Malmö, Sverige.
