    Sammanfattning : Introduktion Standardvårdplaner (SVP) används allt oftare i svensk hälso- och sjukvård som en förskriven vårdplan och journalhandling innehållande vårdproblem, risker, mål och rekommenderade vårdåtgärder för en viss patientkategori.     Sammanfattning : A paradigmshift was going on in our modern society under the last decades, which could result in a painless transition from the old, hierarchic (functionsoriented) way of thinking to the new, networkbased (processoriented) health service with higher effectiveness and even larger possibilities of communication. These facts made possible that medical informations could be managed more successfully in the health service, which for example could be realized by a transition from the paper journal to the e-journal.
