2. Approach for frequency response-calibration for microphone arrays
M1-uppsats, KTH/Hälsoinformatik och logistikSammanfattning : Matched frequency responses are a fundamental starting point for a variety ofimplementations for microphone arrays. In this report, two methods for frequencyresponse-calibration of a pre-assembled microphone array are presented andevaluated. LÄS MER
3. Evaluating sensor accuracy and repeatability in gasketed plate heat exchangers
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Avdelningen för Biomedicinsk teknikSammanfattning : Alfa Laval has connected sensors to their gasketed plate heat exchangers (gphe) to extend their customer service offering. To develop this service further the flow through the GPHE is needed. In this thesis, the objective was to evaluate an inexpensive flow switch and two sensor kits that measure pressure and temperature. LÄS MER
4. Virtual Sensing for Cluster Vacuum Control
Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för industriell teknik och management (ITM)Sammanfattning : The purpose of this project was to develop a virtual sensing model in order to estimate the vacuum level in the milking cluster with data collected further along the milk tube. Measuring the cluster vacuum level is desirable for many applications, such as control and monitoring, but due to the cow's tendency to kick, chew and stomp on anything within reach, placing a sensor in or close to the cluster is both difficult and impractical. 5. Measuring Sprint Speed with Ultra-wideband Technology
Kandidat-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)Sammanfattning : Sprinting can be an important ability in sports, and there are many methods for measuring sprint performance. Two common methods are hand-held timing and fully automatic timing systems. However, hand-held timing is inaccurate due to reaction time, and fully automatic timing can be impractical since it involves complex equipment. LÄS MER
