    Sammanfattning : Genom tre intervjuer med kommunanställda och flera dokument kan denna uppsats beskriva hur Nyköpings kommun arbetar för att minska bilism med tanke på klimatförändringar, samt vad kommunen anser utgöra de största problemen och hindren för detta. Kommunen har, som majoriteten av Sveriges städer, byggts utifrån 1950-talets visioner om bilism och har därmed skapat ett bilsamhälle, men kommunen jobbar med att komma ur de vanorna. LÄS MER
