The study also includes an analysis of how legal precedents may have influenced the decision-making process by examining cases decided before and after the rulings of the Land and Environment Court of Appeal in two specific cases concerning solar parks on agricultural land in Skåne.     Sammanfattning : The aim of this master’s thesis is to exhibit to what extent municipal archives in southern Sweden work with irradiation and intermediation of the historical material they possess, as well as the reasoning behind these actions.
