I här studien har kvinnor som arbetar i två av de största skogsföretagen i Värmland intervjuats med syftet att undersöka erfarenheter av att ta sig till och arbeta i en mansdominerad sektor för att identifiera faktorer som bidrar till att upprätthålla en könssegregerad arbetsmarknad.
