    Sammanfattning : Syftet med vår studie var att öka förståelsen för vilka kunskapsbehov yrkesverksamma socionomer upplever i arbetet med suicid och bygger på en kvalitativ intervjustudie med sex yrkesverksamma socionomer som arbetar inom olika områden inom socialt arbete och med varierande lång yrkeserfarenhet. Resultatet visar att yrkesverksamma socionomer anser att det råder en kunskapsbrist gällande ämnet suicid i socionomutbildningen men att utbildningen tillfört andra kunskaper som kan anses behjälpliga i arbetet med suicid.     Sammanfattning : New self-aligned silicide processes for the realization of Ni/Al and Co contacts to silicon carbide (4H-SiC) are presented and contacts are characterized using the transfer length method (TLM). Since cobalt silicide formation on 4H-SiC has not been investigated before, interface reaction between Co and 4H-SiC as well as the study on the annealing temperatures constitute an essential part of this work.
