    Sammanfattning : Syftet med studien är att undersöka på vilka sätt biblioteken använder bibliotekskonton på sociala medie-plattformen Instagram och ta del av bibliotekariernas förhållningssätt till kontona. Detta undersöktes genom att besvara följande forskningsfrågor: Vad visar biblioteken upp från den dagliga verksamheten på sitt bibliotekskonto? På vilka sätt används bibliotekskontona i ett läsfrämjande syfte? Vilka förhållningssätt har bibliotekarierna till sitt bibliotekskonto? Studien är baserad på ett empiriskt underlag som bestod av insamlade data från bibliotekskontons publicerade innehåll och kortare intervjuer med bibliotekarier som arbetar med kontona. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Fragment-screening by X-ray crystallography (XFS) is an expensive and low throughput fragment drug discovery screening method, and it requires a lot of optimization for each protein target. The advantages with this screening method are that it is very sensitive, it directly gives the three-dimensional structure of the protein-fragment complexes, and false positives are rarely obtained.
