    Sammanfattning : Bakgrund: Cirka 1 100 svenskar drabbas varje år av en njursjukdom och ungefär 4 000 personer behandlas med dialys i Sverige. Antalet patienter som behandlas med dialys och/eller njurtransplantation ökar kraftigt.
