  1. 1. Creating a Context for Listening: The Choreography of Sound

    Master-uppsats, Göteborgs universitet/Högskolan för scen och musik

    Författare :Casey Moir; [2022-02-22]
    Nyckelord :listening to space; shaping space; mapping space; active listening; encouraging interactions; composing situation and sounds; spatialising performances; designing proximities and trajectories; composing movement and momentum; alternate performance spaces; changing the expectations of room; visualising sound in space; engaging spatial awareness; changing performance conditions; changing listening perspective; omnidirectional composition; experimental music composition; choreographing sound;

    Sammanfattning : My thesis is an investigation into an omnidirectional approach to composition of experimental music. This involves considering the conditions of performance as compositional aspects, in addition to composing sounds. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Hur kvinnor som blivit utsatta för våld i nära relation upplever bemötandet i vården : En litteraturöversikt

    Sammanfattning : Bakgrund: Att leva utan våld och diskriminering är en grundläggande mänsklig rättighet. Utsatthet för våld i nära relation orsakar negativa hälsokonsekvenser däribland depression, ångest samt en ökad känsla av skam. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Radar Detection Using Deep Learning

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Matematik LTH

    Författare :Ziliang Xiong; Leonardo Carrera; [2022]
    Nyckelord :Deep Learning; Autonomous Driving; Radar; Point Cloud; Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis aims to reproduce and improve a paper about dynamic road user detection on 2D bird's-eye-view radar point cloud in the context of autonomous driving. We choose RadarScenes, a recent large public dataset, to train and test deep neural networks. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Ambient musik : En undersökning om spatial musik som klingande arkitektur

    Kandidat-uppsats, Stockholms universitet/Institutionen för kultur och estetik

    Författare :Jens Milveden; [2022]

    Sammanfattning :  ”Ambient Music”, established and described by its ”creator” Brian Eno, has become a term with a wide range of uses - as generative music, in sound- and audiovisual art installation, a mediated ”sound” of a genre through albums and artists to plug in to during your daily walk - as well as any imaginable association with the term connected to public, spatial or virtual ambience. Through the liner notes of the genres original albums (Ambient 1: Music For Airports of 1978, and to some extent Discreet Music of 1975) it is clear though that the original idea is more related to listening to your own spatial awareness as a form of music rather than a following of certain sounds and conventions that the term has been associated with. 5. 5. Optimization Approaches for Feedback Delay Networks

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Johannes Hörngren; [2022]
    Nyckelord :;

    Sammanfattning : Feedback delay networks are systems based on a set of delay lines whose outputs get fed back into each others inputs. This kind of architecture is mainly used to provide a system for artificial reverberation, that is, a system to emulate the prolonging of sound in a physical space. LÄS MER
