    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this study was to investigate how food safety measures have developed over the last two decades; how the resent 2020 pandemic affected food safety- and control; how effective the current methods are; and what potential new methods might exist in the coming decade. This study was executed as a combined literary study, where current scientific studies and reports where analysed, and a survey with relevant questions, that was sent to various individuals with work experience in food safety- and control, was conducted.
