1. Hydrological modelling of a recycling facility and landfill
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Avdelningen för Teknisk vattenresursläraSammanfattning : A parsimonious lumped model for simulating a catchment composed of a landfill and recycling facility were developed. The modelling results showed an acceptable conformity with the observed values with NSE of 0.54 and R2 of 0.56 in hourly simulations, though the results were characterized by a general underestimation. 2. Making grid capacity available through heat pump control
Kandidat-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för teknikvetenskaperSammanfattning : In this report the problem of constructing a bus depot with electrical buses despite the lack of grid capacity, was analyzed. A potential solution is investigated, namely smart control of heat pumps in industries. LÄS MER
3. Värmeöverföring till kallvatten i flerbostadshus
Kandidat-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för industriell teknik och management (ITM)Sammanfattning : This Bachelor thesis is based on a request from Säker Vatten AB, a company that develops industry regulations within the HVAC line of business regarding safe installation of water systems. In addition, they hold responsibility to approve of and authorize HVAC-corporations that follow these regulations. LÄS MER
4. Modelling of Heat Transfer for Convection-boosted Flat Vertical Radiator Surfaces : An investigation of how heat transfer is influenced by radiator height and freestream air velocity
Master-uppsats, KTH/Strömnings- och klimatteknikSammanfattning : In this thesis, a calculation model is created to study a theoretical radiator-like configuration, consisting of a flat vertical plate heated with a constant capacity rate. This lumped capacitance model is partly created to more theoretically look at radiators with add-on-fans, but also to in such a setting look at fundamental heat transfer relationships. LÄS MER
5. Using a lumped conceptual hydrological model for five different catchments in Sweden
Master-uppsats, Stockholms universitet/Institutionen för naturgeografiSammanfattning : Hydrological models offer powerful tools for understanding and predicting. In this thesis we havereviewed the advantages and disadvantages of physically based distributed hydrological models andconceptually lumped hydrological models. LÄS MER
